Overview
As a Partnership Activation Lead Specialist , you will contribute to the definition of SNAI’s partnership strategy and lead the end-to-end operational execution of partnership and sponsorship activations. You will play a key role in bringing partnership strategies to life across channels, ensuring impactful and compliant activations aligned with brand objectives.
What you’ll do:
Lead the end-to-end execution of partnership and sponsorship activations , translating agreements into concrete plans and ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with brand objectives across all touchpoints.
Manage the full partnership activation lifecycle , ensuring correct fulfilment of rights, coordination of stakeholders, and delivery of all agreed activities.
Monitor and evaluate partnership performance providing insights and recommendations to maximize effectiveness and support future decisions and renewals.
Collaborate closely with Media & PR, Communication and Content teams to maximize the exploitation and amplification of sponsorships across all channels and touchpoints.
Support the planning and optimization of partnership assets and inventory , ensuring efficient use of all available opportunities.
Manage relationships with rights holders, clubs, federations, partners and agencies , ensuring smooth execution and alignment on deliverables.
Oversee ticketing and matchday operations , including coordination of activations and presence during key matches and events (when necessary).
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of activation processes , including reporting, best practices, and operational frameworks.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks (AgCom / IAP), including correct use of rights, contracts, and brand assets.
What you’ll bring:
3+ years of experience in partnership, sponsorship, or campaign activation, preferably in sports, media, or entertainment.
Ability to manage activations end-to-end with a strong focus on operational delivery.
Project management and organizational skills, with excellent planning capabilities.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in contractual, rights management, and executional accuracy.
Analytical mindset to track performance and ROI/ROO.
Flexible, collaborative, and delivery-oriented, with a hands-on approach.
Fluent in Italian and English.

Base pay hiring range for this role in Italy - Milan, Rome : €39.000- €50.000 gross per year,under the CCNL Commercio collective agreement, level 2nd .
This is our standard pay guide for the role and location;any offer made will reflect your experience, skills and interview assessment, and will ordinarily fall within this range.
