Per lo sviluppo della nostra Business Unit Automotive, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Stagista Backoffice Amministrativo/a da inserire nel team.
Farai parte del team Automotive, operando a supporto del Business nella gestione backoffice e amministrativa, contribuendo all'efficienza operativa della struttura aziendale.
Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

Gestire i database aziendali relativi agli ordini e ai documenti contabili, in collaborazione con il reparto amministrativo.

Gestire gli ordini, emettere proforma e fatture, controllare incassi e pagamenti e svolgere attività di contabilità generale.

Interfacciarti con il service center internazionale per una corretta gestione amministrativa.

Inserire ed elaborare dati, dalle richieste commerciali ai rapporti conclusivi dei progetti.

Controllare la conformità delle informazioni in entrata e in uscita, garantendo accuratezza e una corretta comunicazione interna.

Coordinare internamente i colleghi per la gestione delle attività correlate ai progetti.

Effettuare review documentale.

Supportare i clienti nelle loro richieste.

Gestire i timesheet.
-
Laurea triennale o magistrale (anche laureandi) in ambito economico, amministrativo o equivalente.

Competenze economico-amministrative di base.

La conoscenza di SAP SD e dei processi di fatturazione costituisce un plus.

Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali.

Approccio metodico, affidabile e propositivo.

Spirito di squadra e orientamento al cliente.

Capacità di multitasking e gestione delle priorità.
-
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1 scritto).

Buone capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.

Stage della durata di 6 mesi.

Rimborso spese: €800/mese.
