WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will coordinate and organize the daily preparation of all fresh dairy products in your assigned area, in line with the daily menu, while supporting the galley team to a high-quality standard.
Prepare and mix ingredients, including portioning, chopping and storing food, so products are always ready for recipe preparation
Prepare all fresh dairy products daily and, when needed, support food preparation, ensuring everything is composed, displayed and served to recipe and temperature standards
Check that loadings from the provision area match the requisition form, reporting promptly to ensure the correct requisition
Keep your assigned area tidy, clean and sanitized, storing utensils properly in line with HACCP standards
Guarantee the safe use of equipment and machinery, reporting any maintenance need, unsafe condition or injury for a fast and effective solution
Take part in daily meetings and actively contribute to a safe, positive working environment and a strong safety culture
WHO YOU ARE
You bring solid kitchen experience and a genuine passion for fresh dairy production, thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural environment where precision and teamwork make the difference.
Required
Upper secondary school diploma, preferably in Hospitality
At least 2 years of experience in a hotel in the same position, or 1 year of Culinary Master
Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP certification
Basic command of the English language (minimum A2 level)
Knowledge of galley functioning, of products and of quantities according to recipes, with strong attention to detail and team spirit
Nice to have
Experience with fresh, handmade dairy and cheese production
Experience in multicultural or international environments
