We are looking for a Legal Confidentiality Assistant to work in the LA Unit.

The interim will:

Support confidentiality assessment from both legal and administrative perspectives;

Support engagement activities related to the confidentiality process;

Contribute to legal analysis and the drafting of related replies;

Monitor compliance with applicable deadlines;

Apply specific knowledge of Transparency Regulation and EU Food Law;

Provide legal support in the framework of EU Administrative Law.
Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);

Previous experience in Confidentiality Assessment and/or Transparency Regulation;

Previous experience in EU Food Law and/or EU Administrative Law;
Behavioural competencies: high level of commitment, political savvy, intellectual horsepower and ability to work with others.

Assignment: initial contract of 3/4 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 12 months.
Salary: approx. €2326 per month before taxes.
Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.
