Who we are looking for
We are currently looking for a Global Brand Manager to join the Home Brands Marketing Area for our Padua Headquarter. The person will be responsible for the management and business development of their assigned brands.
As a Global Brand Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing the strategy for the assigned brands in line with the company’s objectives, while sharing responsibility for their P&L performance.
- Managing a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for the brands under your responsibility.
- Defining annual marketing plans by gathering commercial feedback on brand performance across local markets, collection positioning, and distribution strategies, and by developing growth initiatives for the assigned brands across product development, communication, and trade marketing activities.
- Manage product collections, including the preparation of commercial briefs, collection selection and approval with internal stakeholders, pricing strategy, product ranking, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor sales performance, business plans, and marketing expenditures, identifying potential risks and issues and recommending actions to ensure brand growth and profitability targets are achieved.
- Develop financial objectives and provide strategic direction and guidelines for distribution.
- Manage special projects, contributing to their conception, providing key inputs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing successful implementation.
- Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) tools and initiatives, with a strong focus on training support, ensuring the effective development and communication of product features, benefits, and value propositions to diverse stakeholder groups.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Marketing and/or Brand Management.
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills.
- You are highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have a strong data-driven mindset and solid marketing planning capabilities.
- You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and enjoy working in a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are a proactive, curious, and enthusiastic individual.
- You are motivated to work in a dynamic, international, and challenging environment.
- You have a genuine interest in the fashion and luxury industry.

- Salary: starting from 38,000€.
The salary and job classification level will be determined based on objective criteria, regardless of gender, such as experience, skills, and seniority.
