- Manage the demand for maintenance activities to be performed by AMS at LH Italy premises, through Third Parties and at Customer premises.
- Act as entry point for any new request of maintenance activity.
- Collect Work Order and all the required information from Customers or the Industry interface and guarantee the distribution of such information within all the AMS impacted teams.
- Once a technical Work Order is received, coordinate the required actions in order to estimate time and resources needed to perform the activity.• Monitor the real-time progress of the activities performed by AMS at LH Italy premises or through Third Parties.
- Maintain the AMS production plan up-to-date by coordinating all inputs required to maintain a real-time progress of the activities and define corrective actions in case of variances to the original schedule.
- Establish and maintain KPI to monitor that the performance level of maintenance services performed are in line with the defined targets.
- Collaborate with AMS Administration to collect all inputs required to invoice maintenance services to Customers.

Maintenance Organization environment (Civil & Military) will be considered a plus.
