Computer-Based Training (CBT) Instructional Designer:
TXT E‑Tech, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a professional with an aeronautical background to join the Aerospace & Defence Division as a Computer‑Based Training (CBT) Storyboarder.
The selected candidate will support the definition and development of technical training content and instructional materials intended for aircrew, pilots, and aircraft maintenance personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Design of the preliminary courseware architecture, aimed at defining training objectives;
Analysis of aircraft and aeronautical systems technical documentation;
Identification and definition of multimedia training content;
Support in lesson design and overall course structure development;
Execution of storyboarding activities;
Coordination with development teams for courseware reviews;
Execution of test and qualification activities for training materials.
Mandatory Requirements:
General knowledge of avionics systems;
Skills in storyboarding and storytelling applied to technical training;
Ability to consult and interpret aeronautical technical publications;
Proven experience in the development of technical training materials;
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken;
