About the Role
Be responsible as finance business partner for monitoring R&D project in coordination with Project Manager to explain, on a regular basis, cost and margin deviations. Assure the right level of support in Monthly Project Review;- Work in coordination with Engineering, Project Manager and Strategic Planning departments to support planning, budgeting and forecasting process of R&D projects. Be able to build a close relationship with Engineering department, to assure the right level of support;
- Manage in coordination with Marketing return of investment process, and assure R&D policy compliance;
- Be responsible for monitoring all R&D costs at divisional level, closely working with foreign companies;
- Support monthly actual closing for emerging business;
- Mange and develop reporting system ensuring accurate and timely information on R&D project costs, reason of variances, profitability of R&D investments, percentage of completion on emerging business projects;
- Occasionally support tax credit activities with appropriate reporting.
What You Need to Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management engineering;- Fluent English;
- 5+ year experience in controlling department;
- Experience with multinational manufacturing companies;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines;
- SAP knowledge is preferential.
Our Offer
Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 44.400, in line with experience.
The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
The compensation package also includes a variable component in the form of an annual bonus, which can reach 8% of base salary at target.
A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy. The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
