As our Seller Success Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners who have expressed interest in selling their property. Your role is to build rapport, understand each homeowner's situation, qualify opportunities, and guide leads through the beginning of the sales process.
You'll work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure every qualified lead receives an exceptional customer experience.
Location: Remote (Belize) Schedule: Full-Time Industry: Real Estate Investment / Inside Sales
✅ Respond promptly to inbound homeowner inquiries via phone, text, and email
✅ Build genuine relationships with homeowners and understand their selling goals
✅ Qualify leads using company guidelines and sales scripts
✅ Conduct consistent follow-up to nurture prospects
✅ Perform basic property research and gather relevant information
✅ Schedule qualified appointments for the acquisitions team
✅ Maintain accurate notes and update all activities in the CRM
✅ Manage your sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up
✅ Collaborate with team members to maximize lead conversion
✅ Meet daily and weekly activity and performance goals
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service or sales mindset
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems
- Reliable high-speed internet, computer (2 monitors preferred), headset, and a quiet home office
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience
- ️ Phone sales, appointment setting, or call center experience
- Experience using CRM software
- Real estate experience
