The position includes a permanent contract, and the offered base gross annual salary (RAL) will not be less than €36,000, in line with the provisions set forth by the National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, upon completing the selection process and evaluating the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL above the aforementioned level.
Consistent with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct profit-sharing component, an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit.
