The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the hotel’s digital and marketing strategies, with the objective of increasing visibility, revenue, and guest engagement, in line with Hyatt values and the Hyatt Centric brand identity.
This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Ensure delivery of the Hyatt brand promise through a professional, friendly, and guest-oriented approach.
- Promote Hyatt values by fostering teamwork and collaboration across departments.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Define and execute digital and social media strategies to drive room revenue, F&B, and events.
- Manage the marketing budget and oversee relationships with agencies and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze performance across website, campaigns, and social media, providing monthly reporting.
- Oversee social media activities and ensure consistency with brand positioning.
- Develop partnerships with media, influencers, and online platforms to enhance visibility.
- Support the creation of content and creative campaigns aligned with Hyatt Centric positioning.
- Manage and evaluate digital agencies and partners, ensuring performance and ROI.
- Coordinate marketing projects, setting priorities, timelines, and objectives.
- Provide regular updates on market trends and digital innovations.
