A Customer Service Representative (Addetto/a al Servizio Clienti) is responsible for providing professional assistance to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers through phone, email, live chat, or in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or face-to-face.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using CRM or customer management software.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been fully resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet individual and team performance goals, including response time and customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/customer support software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
