Job Purpose
Support the design and execution of Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of Prysmian employees and leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Within the Corporate perimeter, you will Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
In particular, you will:
Coordinate performance management and talent review processes.
Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Manage learning programs and leadership development activities with the focus on funded training process with Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti.
Coordinate mentoring, coaching, and employee development programs.
Analyze HR and talent data, preparing reports and insights for stakeholders.
Collaborate with managers on recruitment activities, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent.
Support employee engagement and people development projects through Workday and other HR tools.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources, Economics & Management, Law or related field.
Minimum 2 years of Experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Human Resources.
Solid stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Fluent English
Knowledge of Workday in considered a plus
Solid Excel proficiency
