We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Seasonal Client Advisor to join our boutique located in Forte dei Marmi, one of Italy’s most exclusive destinations. This is a seasonal position starting in early April, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic luxury retail environment during the vibrant spring and summer months. As a key member of our sales team, you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building lasting client relationships, and representing our brand’s values through impeccable service.
- Provide a personalized and outstanding shopping experience to every client, proudly representing the brand’s values.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Stay informed about the latest product launches, trends, and brand knowledge to offer expert advice.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and boutique sales targets, contributing to overall store success.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure the boutique remains welcoming and aligned with brand standards.
- Support stock management by ensuring product availability and assisting with merchandise replenishment.
- Handle customer transactions professionally, ensuring a smooth and positive checkout experience.
- Participate in boutique events and promotions to boost customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a sophisticated and international clientele.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work well within a team and achieve sales targets.
- Attention to detail and understanding of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus (Russian, Arabic, or Chinese are highly valued for international clients).
- Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends, and customer expectations.
- Availability for the seasonal period starting in early April.
