Job Description:
DXC Technology is looking for a Data Scientist to support AI and Generative AI projects , contributing to practical solutions and improving business processes through ML models, NLP and intelligent automation, within the Data & AI team based in Milan.
Contribute to the design and implementation of AI solutions, including machine learning models, NLP, and computer vision applications
Deep expertise in core Generative AI technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, Observability, and AI Guardrails.
Extensive experience with enterprise-grade GenAI development frameworks and platforms, including LangChain , LangGraph , LiteLLM , and Langfuse .
Good knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch , Scikit-learn, etc.)
Extensive experience with enterprise software delivery practices and platforms, including source code management, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment frameworks.
Location: Milan, with smart working possibility
The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €48 .000
Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l'industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti ) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsibility, experience and skills.
