The selected candidate will be part of the Retail Department and will report directly to the Store Manager.
The role is responsible for ensuring efficient stockroom operations, accurate inventory management, effective merchandise flow, and the coordination of stockroom activities to support boutique productivity and deliver the highest operational standards.
- Manage and supervise all inbound and outbound merchandise, ensuring optimal organization of the stockroom and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure efficient stockroom operations in line with company procedures and operational standards.
- Support the Sales Team through timely replenishment activities, guaranteeing product availability and minimizing client waiting times.
- Coordinate and supervise stockroom activities, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and stock control processes.
- Train and onboard new team members on stock management systems, procedures and operational guidelines.
- Supervise and support the Stock Team, providing coaching, performance monitoring and constructive feedback.
- Participate in daily store briefings, sharing stock-related updates and operational priorities.
- Monitor stock levels, product rotation and replenishment activities, proposing corrective actions when required.
- Oversee deliveries, shipments and merchandise transfers, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Plan and execute inventory activities, supporting loss prevention initiatives and monitoring stock discrepancies.
- Act as the main point of contact with Corporate functions regarding stock discrepancies, inventory issues and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies concerning stock management, security and loss prevention.
- Provide support to cashier operations when necessary, ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures.
- Previous experience of at least 4 years in stockroom management within luxury retail environments, preferably in flagship stores or high-volume boutiques.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Solid knowledge of stock control procedures, inventory management and loss prevention practices.
- Familiarity with retail systems and stock management tools.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages will be considered a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Indicative salary range: Starting from a gross Annual Salary of €30,000 + MBO
