We are currently hiring a talented individual to join our team.
I&C Engineer is responsible for the design and development of industrial automation systems, including electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and PLC/HMI/SCADA programming. The role involves managing projects from the initial conceptual stage through commissioning and final customer acceptance. It requires close coordination with the mechanical, process, and electrical teams to deliver integrated and reliable automation solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implementation of electrical systems, schematics, and control panels for industrial automation projects
- Development, testing, and debugging of PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications
- Preparation of technical documentation, including specifications, functional descriptions, and electrical diagrams
- Performing all commissioning activities, including functional testing and tuning at customer facilities
- Performing on-site service interventions and minor system modifications when necessary
- Technical support during installation, start-up, and troubleshooting
- Participating in project reviews and contributing to alignment between engineering, support, and process teams
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives for internal procedures and technical solutions

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Technical diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Computer Engineering
- 2-3 years of practical experience in industrial automation (electrical design and/or PLC programming)
- Proficiency in at least one major PLC development platform (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, Schneider, etc.)
- Experience with HMI and SCADA systems (e.g., WinCC, FactoryTalk, EcoStruxure, etc.)
- Ability to read and create electrical diagrams (experience with (IGE+XAO is a plus)
- Knowledge of machinery wiring, electrical panel design, and industrial communication protocols
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel for managing technical data
- Working knowledge of technical English (level B1/B2)
