BTO, consulting company offering Project Management services in the IT field, is looking for a Scrum Master to be involved in multiple projects for an important international client:
Scrum Master:
Main Activities:
Be an innovative leader and contribute to how projects are successfully managed and structured;
Manage the scrum process with the coordination of scrum teams;
Ensure the correct use of scrum processes & methodology;
Remove the impediments for the scrum team;
Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings;
Help the product owners to keep the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint;
Help the team or individuals to clarify goals and actions to achieve them;
Help spread best practices such as agile and lean;
Be part of an organization that feels as committed to its responsibility as much as to innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree;
From 3 to 8 years of experience in IT projects/programs;
From 3 to 5 years of relevant Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment;
Great coaching skills and ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts, and methodologically Strong;
Experience working in large scale projects and in international environment and good methodologies;
Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence tools;
Fluent in English;
