Job Description
The selected candidate will join the Group Financial Office – Planning & Control Division and will support the controlling activities related to the Casa & Retail Europe business perimeter, working closely with both finance and business stakeholders. The candidate will report directly to our Casa & E-commerce Planning & Control Manager
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management closings;
- Development of periodic budgets and forecasts, ensuring consistency with business objectives and company guidelines;
- Analysis of variances between actual results and budget/forecast figures, identifying key drivers and business implications;
- Continuous monitoring of operating costs through close collaboration with Accounting and the relevant business functions;
- Ongoing interaction with key stakeholders across the assigned business areas to support decision-making processes;
- Detailed cost analyses aimed at identifying optimization opportunities and efficiency improvement initiatives;
- Preparation of management reports and presentations for internal stakeholders;
- Support in business performance monitoring through the analysis of financial and operational KPIs.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields;
- 2-3 years of experience in Controlling or Management Control roles, preferably within the Fashion & Luxury industry;
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and management control processes;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Knowledge of SAP and Tagetik;
- Fluent English, both written and spoken;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;

Salary: Remuneration will start from €33.000 gross annual salary, depending on the experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria consistent with the organization, such as: (i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors; (ii) technical and specialist skills relevant to the role; (iii) demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility; (iv) classification under the relevant National Collective Labour Agreement; and (v) consistency with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions.
