Job Description
Lingua Learn is currently seeking a Part-Time Maltese Teacher to deliver online classes.
The position includes teaching both adults and children across proficiency levels from beginner to advanced (CEFR A1 to C1). Since some lessons may be conducted in English, candidates must have strong English communication skills with at least B1 level. A successful candidate should also be familiar with teaching Maltese based on the school curriculum.
Applicants should possess a university degree, a recognised teaching certification, and a minimum of five years of experience in language teaching. They should also be able to assess learners across all four language skills including listening, reading, writing, and speaking, ideally using CEFR aligned standards.
Key Requirements:
- Maltese speaker
- Good English skills, minimum B1 level
- Recognised teaching qualification
- University degree
- At least 5 years of teaching experience
- Experience teaching both children and adults
- Ability to use online teaching platforms, especially Zoom
- Able to assess students in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
- Stable internet connection
