Responsible AI Lead:
We are seeking a Responsible AI Lead, Technology – Digital Engineering.
The role will support the Digital Engineering area and will work closely with engineering, platform, product, privacy, data governance and security teams to ensure that Responsible AI principles are embedded by design into AI-enabled SDLC processes, platforms and workflows.
The selected candidate will provide advisory and compliance support on AI governance, Responsible AI assessments, model evaluations and risk management activities.
Key activities include
Creating and maintaining AI governance processes, procedures, guidelines and policies for the development and use of AI systems and products
Supporting Responsible AI reviews and assessments to identify and address potential concerns
Partnering with engineering, platform and product teams to embed transparency, explainability, robustness and accountability into AI-enabled SDLC pipelines
Leading and performing model evaluations, including fairness testing, robustness checks, lineage verification, model cards validation and documentation completeness
Facilitating governance workflows across engineering, product, data governance, privacy and security teams
Assessing third-party AI tools, external models and solutions for alignment with Responsible AI requirements
Supporting supply chain evaluations where external AI components are integrated into AI-enabled SDLC workflows
Advising senior stakeholders on ethical, safe and compliant AI development, with particular focus on platform-level risks and engineering operations
Required Technical Skills
At least 2 years of experience in AI governance, AI ethics, AI development or a related field
Strong understanding of Responsible AI and ethical considerations related to AI technologies
Good working knowledge of GDPR
Good understanding of the EU AI Act and willingness to follow major legislative updates in AI regulation
Relevant academic background in computer science, artificial intelligence, legal, ethics, social science or a related field
Strong communication, stakeholder management and public speaking skills
Ability to work in a matrix organisation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Work mode: Fully remote.
We are looking for VAT-registered professionals (Partita IVA) available to collaborate, with a daily rate between € 370 and € 390.
