Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and bilingual Junior Account & Communications Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who is eager to navigate both client relations, press outreach, and digital tools. Key Responsibilities
- Client & Project Support: Assist in managing day-to-day communication between clients and internal teams, tracking project timelines to ensure smooth delivery of work.
- Content Creation & Editorial: Draft, translate, and edit press releases, articles, newsletters, and social media posts in both English and Italian; familiarity with video and photo editing and graphic editing tools is a plus.
- PR & Media Relations: Support outreach to media outlets, influencers, and partners; help coordinate interviews, press kits, and speaking engagements.
- Digital & Social Media: Support the coordination of digital and social activities using basic tools for publishing and formatting (e.g., WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva).
Requirements
- Languages: Native or full professional fluency in both English and Italian (spoken and written).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Languages, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a team-oriented environment.
- Digital Savvy: Familiarity with digital publishing tools and basic graphic/video editing is highly valued.
- Wine Knowledge: Some knowledge of wine and the Italian wine sector is a plus, but not required—curiosity, enthusiasm, and a love for culture are key!
- Location: Verona.
