We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Electromechanical R&D organization and support the governance and planning of our product development portfolio. In this role you will work closely with the Electromechanical R&D Director and with international engineering teams to ensure that development projects are effectively planned, monitored and aligned with business priorities. You will play a key role in structuring project plans, monitoring milestones, analyzing resource capacity and supporting strategic decisions on the development portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
As Program Coordinator you will:

Support the planning and governance of the R&D project portfolio across multiple product areas

Define and maintain project plans, WBS, milestones and development timelines

Monitor project progress and identify risks, delays and dependencies

Analyze the impact of schedule deviations and support mitigation actions

Evaluate R&D resource capacity and workload, supporting prioritization of development initiatives

Produce project forecasts and portfolio performance reports

Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor development performance

Facilitate coordination across cross-functional and international R&D teams in Europe

Contribute to improving project planning and portfolio management processes
- 6-8 years of experience in project planning, PMO, program management or project portfolio management

Experience working in R&D or product development environments (engineering / industrial companies)

Strong experience in project planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, or similar)

Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid or stage-gate environments)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage complex project portfolios and multiple stakeholders
