Salento With Love is a high-end property management and real estate brand operating across Southern Italy. We specialise in architectural renovations, property development and real estate acquisitions, working with an international clientele from the US, UK and Europe.
We produce YouTube content and Instagram Reels that combine storytelling, design and craftsmanship — guiding people through one of the most significant decisions of their lives. We are a focused, results-driven team, and the content you produce will reach thousands of people at a pivotal moment in theirs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit and deliver YouTube videos across multiple formats: educational series, property tours, behind-the-scenes content and client testimonials
- Produce Instagram Reels with strong pacing and narrative clarity
- Perform colour correction and grading to maintain a consistent, recognisable visual identity
- Animate text elements and design visual sequences that serve the story — not just decorate it
- Apply sound design to a professional standard
- Collaborate actively with the Content Manager during creative briefs, contributing ideas and narrative solutions
- Execute the creative direction provided by the Content Manager with precision and ownership
- Maintain meticulous organisation of project files, assets and archives
- Optimise exports and technical specifications for YouTube and Instagram
- Handle occasional on-location shooting when required by the production schedule
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential requirements:
✓ Proven professional experience in video editing (YouTube, Reels, digital content)
✓ Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
✓ Strong narrative instinct — you understand how rhythm, cuts and pacing serve a story
✓ Solid experience with sound design, colour grading and motion graphics
✓ Good English communication skills — all content, briefs and team communication are conducted in English
✓ Methodical organisation — clean project archives, structured editing sessions, consistent workflow
✓ Solid understanding of the full video production process (camera work, colour theory, sound design, pacing)
✓ A showreel or portfolio that reflects your narrative approach, not just your technical output
✓ Autonomy, reliability and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
✓ Creative initiative balanced with the ability to work within a defined creative direction and incorporate feedback constructively
✓ Basic motion graphics skills — ability to animate text and create simple effects in support of the narrative
✓ Based in Salento — this is a full-time, on-site position in Galatone, Puglia. Only candidates already living in the area will be considered. No exceptions.
NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience with real estate, architecture or lifestyle content
- Familiarity with YouTube optimisation (CTR, audience retention, metadata)
- A genuine interest in storytelling and personal transformation narratives
