We are looking for the next season 2027, a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Villa Beatrice team.

He/She will reports a Villa Manager.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of dishes according to recipes and suggestion by the Chef;
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality;
- Monitor and maintain the kitchen clean and organized;
- Collaborate with the staff of the kitchen to ensure smooth operations;
- Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet our quality standard.
Requirements
-
Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipment and raw materials processing techniques;
- At least 2 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment;
- Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred;
- Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability;
- Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player;
- Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues;
- Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background;
- HACCP certification.
