We are a growing boutique tour operator based in Florence and are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our international team.
This is a full-time, office-based position in Florence, offering the opportunity to work in one of the world's most iconic travel destinations while helping create exceptional experiences for visitors from around the globe.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the tourism industry.
Experience working with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as GetYourGuide, Viator, Headout, and similar platforms.
Experience using Rezdy or another tour and activity booking management system.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Based in Florence or nearby, with a valid work permit for Italy.
Strong computer skills and confidence using Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and booking software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Available to work full-time on-site in Florence, including weekends and holidays when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Italian language skills.
Additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, or Portuguese.
Sales experience and confidence promoting tours and upselling experiences.
Strong knowledge of Florence and Tuscany.
