1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical automation or power electronics, and at least 3 years of relevant working experience
2. New energy industry background, with work experience in well-known equipment manufacturers; familiarity with photovoltaic modules, inverters, and energy storage products
3. FER certificate is a must
4. Familiar with European market. English can be used as working language; Italian is preferred.
5. Italian local or with Italian residence permit.
