How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and manage Level 3/4 Integrated Master Schedules for EPC power transmission projects across all project phases (EPCM+C).
- Define WBS structure and activity sequencing aligned with contractual milestones and interface dependencies.
- Conduct critical path, float, and schedule risk analysis (e.g., Monte Carlo) to identify risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect progress data and maintain accurate schedule baselines.
- Prepare schedule reports, look-aheads, and variance analyses for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Support EOT claims, monitor vendor/subcontractor schedules, and interface with client PMO on planning and reporting activities.
What You Bring
- 5-8 years of project planning/scheduling experience in EPC projects within the power transmission sector.
- Hands-on experience with high-voltage AC/DC substations or HVDC systems.
- Solid understanding of EPC contract structures (FIDIC Silver/Yellow Book preferred), interface management, and milestone-driven delivery models.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and integration of cost/schedule data.
- You are proficient in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and familiar with MS Project or schedule integration tools.
- Familiarity with schedule risk assessment tools (Safran Risk, Oracle Risk Analysis, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; Italian should be the second language with an intermediate level; additional languages (French, Arabic, or Spanish) are an advantage.

The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 50.000 – € 58.000 gross per year.
Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market.
Where a role may be performed in multiple locations in Italy or abroad, compensation will vary depending on factors such as market conditions, including the local cost of living, as well as experience and qualifications. In such cases, the specific salary range for the location of interest will be communicated in the early stages of the recruitment process and, in any case, before any potential offer of employment is made
