About Us
We are a fast‑growing company headquartered in Milan, expanding our footprint across international markets. We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work side‑by‑side with our CEO. This is not a typical administrative role – you will be a strategic partner, deeply involved in high‑impact projects, cross‑functional initiatives, and day‑to‑day decision‑making. Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support – Manage CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, arrange domestic and international travel, and handle all administrative tasks to ensure the CEO’s time is optimised.
- Trilingual Communication Hub – Act as the primary linguistic bridge between the CEO and stakeholders in China, Italy, and English‑speaking markets. Prepare, translate, and proofread emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents in all three languages.
- Project Coordination – Support the CEO in driving key strategic initiatives, track project milestones, and ensure timely delivery across departments and regions.
- Meeting & Event Management – Organise executive meetings, board preparations, and VIP visits – from agenda setting to minute‑taking and follow‑up action items.
Confidentiality & Discretion – Handle highly sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
- Language Skills (Mandatory) – Native or business‑fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Italian, with professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken). You must be able to effortlessly switch between all three languages in a business environment.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration or any other related subjects
- Experience – Previous experiences in preferred however is not mandatory
- Core Competencies – Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills; ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure; high emotional intelligence and maturity; strong interpersonal skills; a proactive and problem‑solving mindset.
- Technical Skills – Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Zoom).
- Preferred – Previous experience in multinational companies or culturally diverse environments.
