We are looking for a curious, proactive and detail-oriented HR professional passionate about Learning & Development and training.
In this role, you will take ownership of training initiatives funded through interprofessional funds, managing the full lifecycle from design to reporting, while ensuring compliance and maximizing impact. You will play a key role in bringing global learning strategies to life locally—adapting, promoting and continuously improving them to meet business needs.
Alongside this core focus, you will also support the Senior HR Business Partner in selected HR initiatives, contributing to broader people strategies and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Learning & Development & Funded Training (primary focus)
- Own end-to-end management of funded training programs (formazione finanziata), including planning, execution, monitoring and reporting (monitor budgets, timelines and documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and audit readiness)
- Manage relationships with interprofessional funds and external partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and funding guidelines
- Design, coordinate and support delivery of L&D initiatives, including in-person sessions when needed
- Actively leverage and localize global learning materials and initiatives, adapting them to the local context and driving adoption
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing training programs through curiosity, data insights and feedback
- Promote a learning culture, engaging stakeholders and encouraging participation across the organization
HR Support & Business Partnering (secondary focus)
- Support the Senior HRBP in implementing local and global HR initiatives (performance management, change management, reorganizations, integration activities, etc.)
- Act as first point of contact for HR queries, collaborating with managers and employees
- Assist in onboarding and orientation processes
- Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., HR Operations, Finance)
Qualifications
- BSc/MSc degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR-related role (mandatory experience in L&D field) with solid knowledge of formazione finanziata processes (fondi interprofessionali, rendicontazione, compliance)
- Good understanding of local employment legislation
- Strong digital skills (Microsoft Office, HR systems)
- Fluent Italian and good English skills
- Proactive attitude in adapting global content to local needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is €32,400.00 - €48,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
