The Collabs Project Intern will support the Vibram Connection Lab team, based in Milan, in identifying, developing, and coordinating collaboration projects for the brand.
Working closely with the Collabs Project Account, the intern will help connect the Vibram Connection Lab in Milan with partners and stakeholders across the APAC region, supporting collaborations in the outdoor, sportswear, lifestyle, and fashion sectors. This internship represents an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, market research, and international collaboration management within a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Main Responsibilities

Support the Collabs Project Intern in communication and coordination between the Vibram Connection Lab teams in Milan and Shanghai, helping to ensure smooth collaboration across projects and stakeholders.

Conduct market and trend research to identify potential collaboration opportunities in the fashion, streetwear, outdoor, and lifestyle industries, with a focus on Europe, the US, and APAC.

Assist the Collabs Project Intern in the coordination of collaboration projects, supporting activities such as project tracking, preparation of presentations and briefs, and maintenance of project documentation.

Collect and analyze project data, testing results, and key metrics, contributing to reports and updates for internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product Development, Marketing, and Production, to support project alignment and information sharing.

Support the Vibram Connection Lab Team in the organization and coordination of collaboration events and partner activations, supporting all phases of the process, from planning and preparation to execution and follow-up activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, International Relations, Design Management, or related fields.

Native or bilingual Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is mandatory. Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Italian is considered a plus.

Understanding of Chinese and international consumer trends and digital ecosystems (WeChat, RED/Xiaohongshu, etc.).

Strong interest in fashion, streetwear, outdoor, sportswear, and collaboration projects.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Eligibility to Work - Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in Italy and be able to complete an internship.
