We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer Architect to join our team, specializing in high-end residential real estate and luxury products. This position is ideal for a creative professional with strong technical expertise, refined aesthetic sensibility, and the flexibility to travel internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute interior design concepts for luxury residential projects.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and international partners.
- Oversee project development from concept to completion.
- Source and specify luxury materials, finishes, furniture, and bespoke elements.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Participate in international business trips, site visits, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in residential real estate and/or luxury product design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential projects.
- Willingness and availability for international business travel.
Technical Skills & Software Proficiency
Candidates must demonstrate advanced proficiency in the following:
- AutoCAD – technical drawings and construction documentation
- Revit – BIM modeling and project coordination
- SketchUp – 3D conceptual modeling
- 3ds Max / V-Ray / Corona Renderer – high-quality renderings
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – presentations and visual communication
- Microsoft Office Suite – documentation and reporting
- Readiness for travelleng
Additional knowledge required:
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and materials.
- Knowledge of lighting design principles.
- Familiarity with luxury furniture brands and bespoke manufacturing processes.
- Project management fundamentals.
- Budget control and supplier coordination.
- Understanding of international building standards is considered an advantage.
The final renumeration will be adjusted according to the skills and experience of a candidate.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Contratto con partita IVA, Collaborazione
Retribuzione: €2.000,00 - €2.500,00 al mese
