We are seeking a highly skilled FEM Analysis Engineer to join our team at Quest Global.

Responsibilities:

Conduct lifing analysis for aero-engine components to determine operational lifespan and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information for lifing analysis.

Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to perform stress and fatigue analysis on components.

Develop and maintain lifing models and databases to support ongoing analysis and decision-making processes.

Identify potential risks and issues related to component lifing and propose mitigation strategies.
Work Experience
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in stress analysis, preferably 1 to 3 years in aero-engines or turbomachinery applications

Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools Ansys APDL, Ansys WB, Hypermesh

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
