The HR Business Partner will act as the HR partner for two strategic Fedrigoni manufacturing sites, managing the full employee lifecycle and all people-related topics. The role requires a high degree of autonomy and has a strong focus on industrial relations, partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational performance and business objectives.

The Impact You’ll Have:

Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with operational and organizational goals.

Lead employee and industrial relations activities, fostering constructive relationships with trade unions while ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements and employment regulations.

Manage disciplinary procedures and complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and consistent application of HR practices.

Monitor labour cost and workfoce planning with a focus on absenteeism, overtime, and other key hr metrics, providing actionable insights to management.

Support managers in performance management, learning, development and talent initiatives.

Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring the attraction and retention of talent aligned with business needs.

Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement, team effectiveness, and leadership capabilities across the organization.

Coach and advise managers on people management, career development, and building high-performing teams.
The attitudes and skills we’re looking for:
-
You have 6+ years of experience in HR roles within multinational companies with a solid background as a Plant HR Business Partner, or Industrial Relations Expert .

Demonstrated, hands-on experience in independently leadinh and managing relationships and negotiations with local and regional trade unions.

Strong expertise in Italian labor law, with the ability to provide sound guidance on employment matters and ensure legal compliance.

Proven experience collaborating with external legal counsel, employers’ associations (e.g. Confindustria), and other external stakeholders on labor and industrial relations matters.

You are a Human Resources enthusiast.

You are a dynamic and flexible person looking for a fast-paced environment.

You have good organizational skills, and you can manage and coordinate priorities in a complex environment with different ongoing transformation streams.

You have excellent relational skills and can work in cross functional teams.

Your English is fluent.
