We are presently seeking an energetic and experienced HR Business Partner International, who can balance being a strategic partner, adviser, employee champion, and hands-on implementer of all international day-to-day HR processes.
Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structured organization and in collaboration with the global HQ HR CoE team, the individual will be a true generalist covering and managing all international facets of HR, including: People strategy alignment, Leadership coaching & business support, acting as a people consultant to managers on HR-related issues, Talent Management & Development, Change Management, and Data Organizational Analysis.
The HR Business Partner International is a corporate role and reports directly to the International HR Director. This role is crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
