Job Title: Assistant Director
Reports To: Executive Director
Status: Full-Time / Part-time
Position Summary:
The Assistant Director supports the Executive Director in overseeing program development, community outreach, and administrative operations. This role is crucial for ensuring that the organization’s mission is translated into actionable, impactful programs that serve the community or student body.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate programs to ensure they meet strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Grants & Compliance: Assist in grant writing, reporting, and ensuring all activities align with funding source requirements and organizational policies.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise program coordinators and administrative staff. Conduct performance reviews.
- Community Relations: Serve as an ambassador for the organization; build partnerships with local agencies, schools, or community leaders.
- Budget Management: Monitor program budgets, approve expenditures, and prepare financial reports for the board of directors.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes and produce impact reports for donors and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Education, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience in program management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Skills:
- Strong passion for the mission of the organization.
- Excellent grant writing and public speaking abilities.
- Proficiency in database management and data analysis.
- Ability to navigate complex governmental or institutional regulations.

Pay: €68,000.00 - €80,000.00 per year
