The opportunity
The key purpose of the HR team is to help Hitachi Energy stand out when it comes to our people. You will join the HR Operations team in Milano that is responsible of employee’s administration.
How you'll make an impact
- Support the team in HR administrative activities;
- Processing HR requests related mainly to Employee Life-Cycle;
- Support employees with their requests related to HR;
- Managing interns and employees onboarding;
- Support the team on time and attendance management;
- Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
- A Master’s Degree in HR related subjects, Economics or Humanities;
- Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, knowledge of Workday will be considered a plus;
- Fluency in English (B2/C1) and Italian;
- Willingness to learn and interest in HR;
- A collaborative approach, proactivity and curiosity complete the profile.

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:
Starting from: 800 € gross monthly
