Wiring Harness Component Design Engineer:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wiring Harness Component Design Engineer, to lead the design, validation, and release of harness-retaining components (brackets, grommets, and connectors). Specifically you will have the following responsibilities:

Functional definitions design (CAD).

Participation in HH (Hot Housing) meetingsand convergence meetings with supplier.

Participation in technical reviews and RAL (Revue d'Acceptation des Livrables).

Officialisation (Releases the Definitions, verifies the digital mock-ups, verifies the 3D definitions and leading the officialization process).

Creating of assembly plans (CAO designer).
-
ALTIS/ISSUS treatements.
-
PV / PIV creation.
-
Following the overall Product evolution.
-
Definition of the technical specifications of parts.
-
Definition and validation of the CTF and of the Functional Plans.

Validation of Plans created by suppliers.
-
Teams and deliverables ressources management.
-
Participation / mangement of the meetings with suppliers / APQP grid follow-up.

Validation of the PCP.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience in automotive wiring harness design, plastic/sheet metal bracket development, or routing components.

Advanced proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 (3D modeling, 2D drafting, and spatial dimensioning).

Strong understanding of automotive data management, release processes, APQP grids, and Part Control Plans (PCP).

Strong communication skills for negotiating technical issues during supplier convergence and alignment meetings.
Language skills:

English and Italian are mandatory.
