Country Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist:
This is a country-level role, with a truly transversal scope across all Italian sites and continuous interaction with Corporate and international stakeholders. The position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a complex and structured organization that counts 6 manufacturing plants, 3 R&D centers and 2 distribution sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate, commercial and plant roles, ensuring quality, consistency and timely delivery
Own and drive recruitments and corporate-led projects, working closely with HQ and international stakeholders
Partner with business leaders and local HR teams across multiple sites to translate workforce needs into effective talent strategies
Actively contribute to the design, governance and execution of Employer Branding initiatives at country level
Track and analyze recruiting KPIs, turning data into insights and continuous improvement actions
Build and nurture long-term relationships with universities, training institutions and external partners
Support cross-functional initiatives related to ESG, Wellbeing and DE&I
Contribute to the evolution of Talent Acquisition processes, tools and digital solutions
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Economics or related fields
At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding roles, ideally in structured and multi-site environments
Fluent English, with the ability to operate confidently in international and corporate contexts
Proven experience managing Employer Branding projects
Willingness to travel frequently across Italy
Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills
Team spirit and a results-driven mindset
