Your Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Own and drive the market financial planning process (LO, MYR, TGT, SP), ensuring forecast accuracy and alignment with global, regional, and cluster expectations.
- Lead performance consolidation and variance analysis in close collaboration with the CFO.
- Manage the monthly closing process and deliver high-quality financial reporting, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Monitor financial performance through KPIs, providing actionable insights and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Lead the financial planning activities within the S process, including Integrated Reconciliation and APO volume monetization at Gross and Net level.
- Ensure compliance with global FP standards and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Leverage financial systems, reporting tools, and emerging technologies (including AI) to enhance analytical capabilities and decision-making.
- Lead, coach, and develop the FP team, fostering a strong performance, business partnering, and continuous learning culture.
- What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in FP, Controlling, Financial Planning, or related Finance roles.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Finance/ERP systems (SAP and BI tools are a plus).
- Experience supporting business decision-making and participating in S/Integrated Planning processes.
- Proven people management and team development experience.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
Compensation Structure& Criteria:
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
