In Grupo Planeta, siamo alla ricerca di uno/a Student Services Coordinator (tempo determinato) per entrare a far parte del nostro team presso la Rome Business School, who will ensure a smooth and high-quality student experience from post-enrollment onward. Act as the main point of contact for students’ non-academic needs, supporting both international and domestic students in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support students with visa, residence permit, accommodation, and onboarding
- Deliver welcome and orientation activities
- Manage student communications (email, phone, in person)
- Coordinate with external providers (housing, relocation, services)
- Organize events and engagement activities with academic teams
- Identify and manage student benefits and partnerships
- Monitor student service KPIs, service levels, satisfaction metrics, and operational performance.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze trends, recurring issues, and student feedback to propose corrective actions and enhance the student experience.
