The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to Group Operations business leaders, driving the implementation of HR strategies, processes, and initiatives across a dynamic international and multi-country environment.
The role will collaborate closely with Directors, Managers, and HR teams across geographies to support organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives combining strategic business partnering with a strong focus on execution, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement of people processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership /Operations HR Coordination
- Act as trusted HR partner for Group Operations Directors and Business Leaders.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, people practices, and organizational matters.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives across assigned functions.
- Coordinate HR teams across countries and plants within the Group Operations perimeter.
- Ensure consistent execution of HR processes, policies, and programs.
HR Analytics & Workforce Planning
- Monitor HR metrics, workforce trends, and labor costs.
- Support headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
HR Processes Management
- Coordinate key HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, salary reviews, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with timelines, policies, and governance requirements.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Support recruiting activities and workforce planning needs.
- Promote internal mobility and career development opportunities.
HR Administration & Data Management
- Ensure accuracy and timely maintenance of employee data and HR documentation.
- Guarantee compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Economic, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
Languages: Italian - English fluent , written and spoken.
Experience: Approximately 8 years of experience as HR Business Partner within structured, international organizations, supporting multi-country environments and managing global stakeholders.
