We are a London-based fashion jewellery retailer seeking enthusiastic team members to join our vibrant and diverse team in Venice, Italy.
THE ROLE
We are looking for Retail Sales Assistants to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales in a one-to-one customer-focused environment.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills, including up-selling and increasing key metrics such as UPT (Units Per Transaction) and ATV (Average Transaction Value).
- Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with customers by addressing their queries and tailoring your approach to their individual needs.
- Confidently share detailed product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain store tidiness, ensuring displays are well-organized and visually appealing.
- Adhere to company security policies and procedures, remaining vigilant on the shop floor.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in both Italian and English is essential.
- Weekend and public holiday availability is mandatory.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Fluency in an additional language is an advantage, particularly: Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, or other languages commonly spoken by international tourists.
