OneSchool Global Italy is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Math Teacher to join our innovative campus in the Castelli Romani area. About the Role
You will work with a small, close-knit group of approximately 15 students aged 3 to 12, guiding their mathematical development within a highly personalized learning framework. The position is full-time (approximately 30 hours per week) and based entirely on campus.
This role is not about delivering standard lectures. Instead, you will act as a learning coach, supporting students as they progress through structured learning pathways tailored to their individual pace and abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Mathematics instruction in English, adapting content to different age groups (early years to primary level).

- Monitor progress and provide structured feedback.
- Collaborate with a small, international-minded teaching team.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is not only academically strong, but also aligned with a modern vision of education.
Requirements:
- Italian speaker with strong English proficiency (minimum C1; able to teach entirely in English).
- Degree in Mathematics (or closely related field such as Physics or Engineering).
- Based in the Rome / Castelli Romani area (or able to commute daily).
Preferred qualities:
- Passion for working with children aged 3–12.
- Open mindset toward innovative, non-traditional teaching methods.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
- Comfort with technology and digital learning tools.
- No prior teaching experience required, but a genuine interest in education is essential.
