Your Role and Responsibilities: - Analyze project requirements and prepare budgets and schedules. - Develop detailed designs, plans, and monitor progress while writing up reports. - Guide the functional and technical teams and maintain the solution vision and design principles. - Handle all client communications and relationships with various teams at different levels. - Work with the client to prioritize and schedule enhancement releases. - Provide advice on the roadmap and enhancement selection. - Monitor and guide the development team. - Prepare all documents necessary for the follow-up of project activities (reports, invoicing, planning, and management of information, etc.). - Close the job, achieving targeted milestone completion, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. - Manage modifications for the projects under execution.
