Conditions
- Non‑live‑in or live-in position, full‑time, 5/2 schedule.
- Prestigious private villa on Lake Como, Italy.
- Owners are not in permanent residence but visit frequently.
- Established on‑site team: mechanics, gardeners, resident couple.
- Salary: 5,000 EUR per month and more.
Responsibilities
- Take full operational responsibility for the villa and estate.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of all household and estate staff.
- Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness, maintenance and presentation.
- Ensure the property is impeccably prepared for the principals’ visits.
- Coordinate daily operations and services so that everything runs smoothly when the owners are in residence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a House / Household Manager in private families or luxury private residences (minimum 3–5 years). Estate managers of large multi‑property estates without hands‑on household experience will not be considered.
- Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage, motivate and retain a diverse domestic team (housekeepers, gardeners, technical staff).
