The position includes a permanent employment contract and a base Gross Annual Salary (RAL) of at least €37,000, in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the selection process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final RAL exceeding the amount mentioned above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes:

a component of profit-sharing from the project;

an annual individual budget for training and professional development amounting to €4,000 net;
