Job requirements: For our team in Cernusco sul Naviglio, we are looking for an enthusiastic Transport Planner who gets energized by organizing, thinking ahead, and working together. You are someone who enjoys planning, identifying issues early, and finding solutions. You can keep a clear overview, even when things get busy, and you enjoy working in an international logistics environment.
1–2 years of work experience.
Logistics experience is a plus, but certainly not a requirement — motivation and interest are just as important!
Good command of Italian and English.
A hands-on mentality: you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Accuracy and independence: you see what needs to be done and take action.

Strong communication skills: you can easily coordinate with planners, drivers, and colleagues.
Job responsibilities: Plan and oversee daily trucking operations, ensuring smooth execution while proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.
Optimize truck planning based on hauliers’ availability, maximizing resource efficiency and ensuring timely service delivery.
Drive transportation cost optimization, with a strong focus on maximizing round-trip efficiency (combining deliveries and collections).
Collaborate closely with Customer Service teams, maintaining clear and timely communication to ensure high service quality.
Manage day-to-day operations to optimize equipment flows across both road and rail networks.

Monitor and control operational and administrative costs, ensuring efficiency while escalating critical issues when necessary.
