Gruner Stucky is currently seeking a motivated Dam Engineer to support the development and growth of its Italian Department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the design, safety assessment, and construction of both embankment and concrete dams, with particular expertise in structural and stability analyses.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful local and international projects, and to play a key role in advancing the field of civil engineering.

Lead design activities in dam engineering—covering both embankment and concrete dams—from conceptual design through to construction;

Perform dam safety assessments with a focus on hydraulic performance, structural integrity, and overall stability;

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering and modeling teams to produce high-quality project deliverables;

Carry out short- to mid-term field assignments as needed.
