The position includes a permanent contract, and the offered gross annual salary (RAL) will not be lower than €32,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and upon completing the selection process by evaluating the experience, competencies, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above. In alignment with our business model, the final compensation package also includes direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget of €4,000 net annually for skills development, as well as annual welfare credit.
